Website pricing & Delivery Charges
Order value of over £50 on all wood and other solid fuel products and related items include delivery.
Orders under £50 will incure a £9.95 Delivery Charge.
Unless otherwise stated, All orders made online will be contacted to arrange delivery. Christmas period is our busiest time of year so deliveries can be upto 4-5 working days.
Where product is out of stock we will e-mail or telephone you to advise of earliest possible delivery date.
We deliver to 80% of UK mainland properties, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason
you will be notified and given a full refund. Typically, we deliver to mainland England and Wales.
Prices shown include VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
All payments are to be made in advance of delivery / service by debit or credit cards.
Deliveries are all day weekdays (usually between 8am and 6pm) and Saturdays before noon by special arrangement.
A small charge may be made for re-delivery if not at home when agreed.
All sizes and weights are approximate - we sell real wood by volume measurements only.
Packaging may vary to that shown.
